An award-winning project manager and innovative thought leader who has led major initiatives across Australia, the Middle East, and Canada.
Greg’s innovative use of project management tools and processes won the CISO 2017 Middle East Security Award. Later, he served as a project manager for the Smartphone-Connected Pacemaker Devices program, which placed third in Cleveland Clinic’s Top 10 Medical Innovations for 2021.
Greg is currently a "prominent author" for Business Expert Press, having written a series of influential books including Shields Up: Cybersecurity Project Management, Cybersecurity Training: A Pathway to Readiness, Quantum Cybersecurity Program Management, and Accelerated Quantum Technologies Change Management.
In 2025, based on his books, he helped the Tasmanian Quantum Network win the Quantum Strategy Institute’s international competition to develop the best quantum strategy for a consulting company.
A lifelong volunteer, Greg was an author on the Update Committee for the PMI Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (2000) and served on leadership teams for the OPM3 and Project Manager Competency Framework.
The Australian Institute of Project Management awarded his books and research the 2025 Project Management Achievement Award for Research for work that "advanced the discipline of project management."
Greg currently teaches risk management and project innovation management at Bond University, Australia, and serves as a founding board member of the Quantum Security and Defense Australia chapter.
